We deliver to any place in South Africa. Depending on the size and urgency of the order we will either post your order or deliver it via courier.

Via Post Office:

Smaller parcels are cheaper to send via the postal system.
Your parcel will be sent via insured mail which take between 3 to 7 working days. You will receive a tracking number. All parcels are delivered to the Post Office.
You will receive a notification in your post box.

Via Courier:

Parcels sent via courier will take 2 – 3 working days depending on where you are based. If it is a big order it is sometimes cheaper to send it via courier.
You will receive a tracking number and the parcel will be delivered straight to your door.

You can choose the delivery option which work best for you.

Collection from our offices:

If you are from Cape Town you can collect from our offices in Kenilworth. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection.

Note: Delivery charges are calculated based on dimensions and weight of the parcel.

Ordering & Delivery Process:

1) Select Login and create a profile
2) Select delivery address: To ensure that we deliver your product(s) to the correct location you need to specify the delivery address for the entire order
3) Once your profile has been created you can start to shop by selecting the products you would like to purchase
4) When you are ready you can Check out
5) An email will be sent to us with your order.
6) We will send you an invoice with our banking details as well as the cost of delivery
7) You can make your payment via bank transfer using your invoice number as reference
8) Email proof of payment to us
9) Once payment has been received your order will be placed.
10) All baskets are handwoven to order and depending on the size of the order it will take a minimum of 7 working days to weave
11) Once ordered goods are ready we will dispatch it for delivery
12) We will send you a notification with the tracking number

What to do if you don’t receive your order OR if your goods are damaged?

Please contact us directly on shop@dialapicnic.co.za. We will investigate the issue and get back to you. If your product was damaged during shipping we will gladly replace it.
